In maart worden maar liefst 3 releases op de fans afgevuurd. Een LP en twee EP's waarvan 1 dubbele. Alle drie worden ze onder dezelfde titel uitgebracht.

Blue Suede Shoes van de enkele EP duikt meteen de Top 100 in en piekt op nr. 24. Een EP chart is er nog niet, vandaar het succes met 100,000 expl. wetende dat Carl Perkins een vierde plaats haalde met hetzelfde nummer.

Deze combinatie van plaat en hoes werd naar verluidt gedistribueerd  naar Amerikaanse legerbasissen in Duitsland. Aangezien alles in de US geproduceerd werd is deze persing ook opgenomen in deze Blog.

Het historische succes van de single kan niet verhinderen dat deze EP gedurende 5 wreken in de Top 100 verblijft met een 76ste plaats als eindpunt. Maar liefst een half milj. platen gaan over de toonbank. Money, Honey zou volgens de winkeliers het succes verklaren volgens de antwoordbladen.
